The New York Center for Travel and Tropical Medicine provides customized travel health services for businesses, corporate groups, schools, and other organizations, at 110 East 55th Street in Midtown East, Manhattan. For groups of 10 or more travelers, we offer streamlined scheduling and a consultation fee of $65 per person instead of $95. Group travel
For schools and universities, student groups, sports teams, faith groups, tour groups, and any other organization traveling together.
- A consultation for every traveler. Each person is seen by one of our nurse practitioners, who work closely with Dr. Connor. Advice is based on the group's itinerary and on each traveler's own health history.
- Vaccines at the same visit. Vaccines are given during the consultation. We are an official Yellow Fever Vaccination Center, so yellow cards are signed and stamped on site.
- Prescriptions where the destination calls for them, such as malaria prevention, and advice on the prevention and self-treatment of travelers' diarrhea.
- Travel medical kits, $25 per kit.

Corporate and business travel
For companies sending employees abroad, whether one person on a single trip or staff who travel regularly. We provide pre-deployment services for corporations as well as periodic post-travel screening.
- Employees outside New York City can have a virtual pre-travel consultation, with any prescribed medications sent to their local pharmacy.
- Doctors abroad. We have an extensive resource of physicians worldwide, personally known to us, and can provide contact information before departure.
- Direct billing. Your company can be billed directly instead of each traveler paying.

What it costs
The pre-travel consultation is $95 per person, or $65 per person for groups of 10 or more travelers. Each vaccine is priced per dose, as listed on our vaccines and pricing page. A company can be billed directly instead of each traveler paying.
We do not accept insurance. Every traveler receives an itemized receipt. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Apple Pay.

Start early. Some vaccines need more than one dose, or time to become effective, so each traveler is ideally seen 4 to 6 weeks before departure. For a group, get in touch before that, so everyone can be scheduled in time.
