Approximately 3,360 confirmed cases (including 32 deaths), a significant increase over average incidence, have been reported since January 2024 throughout Kerala State.
Immunizations are available against hepatitis A and chikungunya viruses and are highly recommended to travelers visiting risk areas within the country.
